Air conditioning control ineffective!!! Noise from the harbor disrupted sleep quality!!! Communication about facility access could be clearer!!! Limited dining options during off-hours left us hungry!!!

I enjoyed a wonderful stay just a short walk from the vibrant city center, making exploring nearby restaurants and cafes super easy. The spa services were an amazing treat, and I loved the quality of breakfast, featuring fresh and delightful options to start my day. My room had an incredible view over the harbor, which was a delightful surprise!

The staff was wonderful! they were super helpful and friendly, made everyone feel at home. The breakfast spread had a great variety and tasted fresh. I couldn’t get enough of the Tuna tartare and their red wine was top-notch! It's these small touches that really make a stay memorable!

However, the restaurant was closed during my stay, which was disappointing. Additionally, soundproofing within the room could be improved as noise from the hallway was noticeable at times.

we loved our stay at la residencia puerto hotel & spa! the heated infinity pool had stunning views, perfect for our family. breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we felt welcome. it's just a short walk to the town center and beaches. can't wait to return!

Exceptional Breakfast and Gorgeous Rooftop Views

I can't stop raving about the breakfast! It was incredibly diverse, featuring fresh juices and unique options like hazelnut butter. The rooftop pool offered stunning views, allowing you to see Africa on a clear day. The staff's attention to detail made our stay special, especially when they surprised me with a glass of cava for my birthday. One downside was the room temperature, as the AC didn't cool down enough for my comfort, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.
